Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Blanche Hair. We are committed to providing you with high-quality hair extensions and exceptional customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Wigs must have the lace uncut.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way.
- Items that are not in their original packaging.
- Items that are missing tags or labels.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale”.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@blanchehair.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at support@blanchehair.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@blanchehair.com. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
